At Monikerstone, each piece is carefully crafted to reflect individuality and meaning. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:
Custom Orders
All custom-engraved items are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Quality Inspection Notice
Each stamp is individually tested before shipping to ensure a clean and precise impression. As a result, minor ink residue may be present on the seal upon arrival.
This is a normal part of our quality assurance process and does not indicate that the item is used or defective. Therefore, the presence of slight ink marks alone is not considered a valid reason for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at monikerstone1@gmail.com

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Custom Items (if applicable in future)
Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
